Our remote Business IT Support is unlimited and we respond on the same day any issues arise. Our support package includes installing the latest anti-virus, anti-malware and anti-ransomware software to your device. Anything that connects to the internet or requires drivers to run can be covered, including: PC's, laptops, notebooks, MacBooks, tablets and mobile phones.
You can contact us as many times as you need. We invoice you on the 1st of each month and this will cover you for any work we do remotely.
We also offer on-site and pay-as-you-go remote support.
Raising a support ticket
You can raise a support ticket via your online account. This ensures all tasks are responded to in a timely fashion. Most importantly, it also ensures recurring problems can be addressed with a long-term solution.
